Men’s Behaviour Change and Support Programs
The program aims to support men to understand their behavior and provide strategies to help them manage and regulate strong emotions. It will identify the behavior men want to change, the behavior that is unacceptable, the abuse that they want to stop, so that they and their families will live safer and more secure lives.

(Equal to $ 25.00 per week/ session)

The Program
The focus will be on developing respect and empathy for others, rather than punishing, shaming or controlling behavior. It will ask participants to confront their negative and destructive past patterns of thinking, behaving and choose to act differently.

Support and counseling will be offered to family members and other affected by the abusive or controlling behavior (where appropriate)
